For Lake Breeze Chef de cuisine, Mark Ashton, the opportunity to provide that authentic farmstead-to-table experience is exhilarating. During his decade in our kitchen, Mark and his team have created unforgettable dishes using organic, ethically and locally sourced ingredients.

With the 2021 opening of our Farmstead at Lake Breeze, Mark believes that expanding our ability to grow our own organic vegetables, fruit and herbs onsite, harvested moments before plating has elevated the Lake Breeze culinary experience to new levels. 

Each dish is designed to pair perfectly with our selection of handcrafted Lake Breeze wines.
